    Shipping note:

    For companies and agencies located in Vienna costs and organisational reasons prevent us from mailing you the information material for the participants. We ask you instead to pick up the materials (at 1030 Vienna, Invalidenstraße 6, or 1030 Vienna, Faradaygasse 6 – depending on the amount you ordered). As soon as we receive your order, we will get back to you with a confirmation and provide you with details about the pick-up.

    When you order brochures and promotional material your contact details are collected so that your order can be processed smoothly, and processed in order to fulfill the contact in accordance with Article 6 GDPR. The details must be provided as otherwise the order cannot be processed. In order for us to meet our service aspirations in the area of meeting management, we reserve the right to reconcile any order of informational material with our CRM database and to approach you with proposals for support if applicable. We will not forward your details to third parties except in the cases described in the privacy policy, such as the logistics provider used for shipping purposes. The data collected will be erased automatically after a reasonable feedback period has expired, with due regard to the double mail channels.
